A few notes.
First, that isn't Leah's real email. Hers is more generic, and that's why she gets other people's emails sometimes.
Second, this is a true story that happened a while back. She got work and bank emails for a guy named Larry or Leon or something and when she found his correct email and let him know about the problem, he hurled accusations at her (I believe with some profanity mixed in) and wouldn't listen. Therefore, she just started forwarding his items to Trash.
I do believe she met a nice old lady this way, though. The old lady thought she was emailing her granddaughter and Leah replied to let her know she had the wrong email, and they had a nice chat. Yay!
