Stick of Triteness
Cliché man was an actual character in an inspirational "selling candy for choir" video I had to watch with my class in high school.
He spouted clichés with no visible end in sight.
I don't even think he was supposed to be ironic.
At this time, I was taking writing classes at NOCCA, an art school. Mr. Richard was one of my evil teachers there, and he hated clichés more than anything.
Andrew A was a friend from that writing class.
