Cleaning House

One of my least favorite activities as a teen was helping clean house when people were coming over.  Mainly, we moved things into other rooms, but it was piece-by-piece and a huge chore.

In my organizing book that I got for Christmas, it points out that cleaning a room by taking things one at a time to their place is inefficient and makes you prone to distractions.  Instead, you want to get a box or container and put things for a certain room in it, then take that box and put the things away.
