Comic Book: T-Shirt Collecting for Jesus
Big Christian events ALWAYS have t-shirts. I HATE random t-shirts with silly slogans. Not the slogan part. Not even the t-shirt part. Just the sheer volume of them.
Comic Book: Dharma
This was a frustrated piece about trying to respect others and thinking that the whole world has the potential to love and live together in peace, and then some awful person on the internet shatters my illusions. :/ These days, I know that there are crappy people and cool people and I try to ignore the first and interact with the second.
(P.S. The clothing of the young man depicted does not mean I think everyone who dresses like that is a, pardon the word, tool. I simply imagined that this was his style.)
Comic Book: Leper Time
I was reading about Buddha for my mythology class and noticed that people aren't supposed to touch him. At one point, Buddha "allowed" his wife to touch his feet, and was like "Nah, it's cool" when others wanted to punish her for it.
In contrast, lepers were considered outcasts in the Jewish culture. People thought that they were unclean and you absolutely could not touch them, but Jesus did. He was delving into a social taboo when he associated with lepers and was probably the only one to actually touch them since they developed leprosy.
Comic Book: Valentines #3
You may ask, and I shall tell you: no. There is no reason why Alex is trying to hear the ocean in a spatula. It just came to me. I'm brilliant like that.
Comic Book: Front and Back
I had this available for sale but decided to just stick it on my site. I put it together for a gentleman who wanted to take some Christian comic books and set up a table at a comic con.
Future comics with "Comic Book" in the title are from this book.

Original Corpse-Runner
In Warcraft, when you die, your ghost appears at the nearest graveyard and you have two options: 1) Use the spirit healer to resurrect yourself in the graveyard, which damages you and your gear. 2) Run back to your body, which has no penalties whatsoever.
The second option is called "corpse running."

Men I Would Leave Alex For
1: 90's TV icon, solving the world's problems with paper clips and a pocketknife.
2: Star of Heroes and adorableness personified.
3: Harry Potter's well-meaning bumbler.
4: The anime Gundam Wing's nicest, most adorable gundam pilot.
5: Star of Rurouni Kenshin. Ex-assassin, current nice guy.
6: Coolest character from video game Chrono Trigger. Kind of grumpy. Probably wouldn't actually leave Alex for him....
The main thing these have in common (well, not Magus) is that they're renowned for being really really nice guys.
And yes, Alex has said that before. ^_^ Hee.
